Temple of YHWH

God has placed the vision within our hearts to build a Temple of Worship for Him here in South Africa. All around the world we see magnificent temples that have been built for false gods. Yet there is not one place of worship for the true and only living God. This is not the 3rd Temple as that is prophesied to be built in Jerusalem.  This is rather going to be a place where people from all over the world can come to worship God together and pray and seek His Presence.

Therefore God has moved our hearts and anointed us to build a home for Him. This a place of worship for the children of faith to bring their offerings to Adonai and worship at His feet.

This is not meant to take anything away from the fact that each of us are the temple of the Holy Spirit.  But rather by inspiration of the Holy Spirit to build a House where the Body of Messiah can unite with only one goal… to worship God and spend time together in His Presence.

On 16 December 1838 the Voortrekkers took a vow before God, it reads as follows:

  • English: We stand here before the Holy God of heaven and earth, to make a vow to Him that, if He will protect us and give our enemy into our hand, we shall keep this day and date every year as a day of thanksgiving like a sabbath, AND THAT WE SHOULD BUILD A HOUSE TO HIS HONOR WHEREVER IT SHOULD PLEASE HIM, and that we will also tell our children that they should share in that with us in memory for future generations. For the honor of His name will be glorified by giving Him the fame and honor for the victory.

Allot of people believe that the Voortrekker Monument fulfilled this vow to God. But as the vow states, it was to build a HOUSE wherever it pleased Him. The Voortrekker Monument is not a House or Temple to God, it is instead a monument built in commemoration to the Voortrekkers and dedicated to God, therefore it does not fulfill the vow of 1836.

Therefore God in His loving forbearance has chosen the place that this temple shall be built on.

He is even raising up His chosen people to build this temple to honor His name in South Africa and fulfill the vow that was made at the Battle of Bloodriver.

Therefore we will do what Elohim has commanded us to do as we know that He will make our paths straight and equip us and others to build His house. Many chosen ones will join us in this task. We already know where we are building. We are just waiting on God’s perfect timing and provision..

Many Prophets throughout the nations and even in South Africa have prophesied about the special purpose that South Africa holds in the end times. South Africa will become a light to the nations and we believe that the fire of God will fall upon this nation first and then spread to the rest of the nations.

Isaiah 60 (TLV)

Arise, Shine, O Zion

60 Arise, shine, for your light has come!
The glory of Adonai has risen on you.
For behold, darkness covers the earth,
and deep darkness the peoples.
But Adonai will arise upon you,
and His glory will appear over you.
Nations will come to your light,
kings to the brilliance of your rising.
Lift up your eyes and look all around:
they all gather—they come to you—
your sons will come from far away,
your daughters carried on the hip.
Then you will see and be radiant,
and your heart will throb and swell with joy.
For the abundance of the sea will be turned over to you.
The wealth of nations will come to you.
A multitude of camels will cover you,
young camels of Midian and Ephah,
all those from Sheba will come.
They will bring gold and frankincense,[a]
and proclaim the praises of Adonai.
All Kedar’s flocks will be gathered to you.
Nebaioth’s rams will minister to you.
They will go up with favor on My altar,
and I will beautify My glorious House.

Who are these who fly like a cloud,
like doves to their windows?
Surely the islands will hope in Me,
with the ships of Tarshish in the lead,
to bring your sons from afar,
their silver and gold with them,
for the Name of Adonai your God,
and for the Holy One of Israel,
    because He has glorified you.
10 Foreigners will build up your walls,
and their kings will minister to you.
For in My fury I struck you,
but in My favor I will show you mercy.
11 Your gates will be open continually.
They will not be shut day or night,
so that men may bring to you the wealth of the nations,
with their kings led in procession.
12 For the nation and the kingdom which will not serve you will perish—
those nations will be utterly ruined.
13 The glory of Lebanon will come to you
—cypress, elm and pine together—
to beautify the place of My Sanctuary.
I will give to the place of My feet glory.
14 The sons of those who afflicted you will come bowing to you,
and all those who despised you will fall at the soles of your feet.
They will call you the city of Adonai,
Zion of the Holy One of Israel.
15 Instead of deserted and hated,
    no one passing through,
I will make you an eternal pride,
    joy from generation to generation.
16 You will also suck the milk of nations
and nurse at the breast of kings.
Then you will know that I, Adonai, am your Savior
and your Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob.
17 “Instead of bronze I will bring gold,
instead of iron I will bring silver,
instead of wood, bronze,
and instead of stones, iron.
I will make shalom your overseer,
and righteousness your taskmasters.
18 No more will violence be heard in your land,
devastation nor destruction within your borders.
But you will call your walls Salvation
    and your gates Praise.
19 No more will the sun be your light by day,
nor the glow of the moon be your light,
but Adonai will be your everlasting light,
and your God for your glory.[b]
20 No more will your sun set,
    nor will your moon wane,
for Adonai will be your everlasting light,
as the days of your mourning end.[c]
21 Then your people will all be righteous.
They will possess the land forever—
the branch of His planting,
    the work of My hands—
that I may be glorified.
22 The smallest will become a thousand,
and the least a mighty nation.
I, Adonai, will hasten it in its time.”
